For most countries outside the EU it is possible to import windsurf equipment without VAT. Please check upfront it this is allowed in your country as well. If so, we would like to help you to make this happen. Therefore we set up a legal procedure to get back the VAT as simple as possible.

If you want to buy our products and ship the goods via airport or ferry we are have to charge you the standard price including the Dutch VAT (at the moment 21%). Below you will find the steps how to get back the VAT as soon as you have left the EU.

VAT refund procedure

Invoice information and payment

• You will get a invoice from us with the complete address in the country origin, with the name of the person who is shipping the equipment through the Dutch customs.
• We need the following information from you:
  • Complete address in country outside the EU
  • Your name and passport / ID number
  • Bank account number where we can refund the VAT (IBAN nr + BIC code of your bank)
• The person who is transporting the goods, must also have a passport or ID from the country to which the goods are exported. We need to put the passport / ID number on the invoice as well.
• When buying the goods, you have to puy the invoice amount including the Dutch VAT percentage (at the moment 21%).
• You also will get a Global Blue VAT refund form in case you would like to use the VAT refund service of Global Blue (see procedure below)
• Before we deliver the goods you have to pay the complete invoice amount. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash (+ € 15,- bank costs).

Proof of export from Dutch customs

• Before you check in at the airport of ferry, there is a Tax custom office (Airport Schiphol Departure gate 3) where you can get a stamp on the invoice.
• At the Tax custom office they will ask you to show your passport/ID and flight ticket and they will ask what you are exporting.
• The stamp on the invoice is a proof for the Dutch Tax agency that the equipment is leaving the EU.
• We need a copy (can be a photo as well) from the invoice with the stamp (via Whatsapp or E-mail) to refund the VAT to you

Refund of the VAT

• As soon as we have received the copy of the invoice with the customs stamp we will refund the money within 3 days
• € 25,- in bank charges will be deducted from the VAT amount you will receive
• It depends on your own bank, how long it takes before the money is back in your account. Count on 4 to 8 working days

KDV iade prosedürü

Fatura bilgileri ve ödeme

Bizden, Hollanda gümrüğünden ekipmanı gönderen kişinin adının yer aldığı, ülke menşeindeki tam adresi içeren bir fatura alacaksınız.
Sizden aşağıdaki bilgilere ihtiyacımız var:

• AB dışındaki ülkede tam adres
• Adınız ve pasaportunuz / kimlik numaranız
• KDV’yi iade edebileceğimiz banka hesap numarası (bankanızın IBAN no + BIC kodu)

• Eşyayı taşıyan kişinin de eşyanın ihraç edildiği ülkeden bir pasaport veya kimlik belgesine sahip olması gerekir. Pasaport/kimlik numarasını da faturanın üzerine yazmamız gerekiyor.
• Malları satın alırken, Hollanda KDV yüzdesini (şu anda %21) içeren fatura tutarını ödemeniz gerekir.
• Global Blue’nun KDV iade hizmetini kullanmak istemeniz durumunda Global Blue KDV iade formu da alacaksınız (aşağıdaki prosedüre bakın)
• Malları teslim etmeden önce fatura tutarının tamamını ödemeniz gerekir. Ödeme banka havalesi, kredi kartı veya nakit olarak yapılabilir (+ 15 €,- banka masrafları)

Hollanda gümrüklerinden ihracat kanıtı

• Feribotun havaalanında check-in yapmadan önce, faturanın üzerine damga basabileceğiniz bir Vergi gümrük ofisi (Airport Schiphol Kalkış kapısı 3) bulunmaktadır.
• Vergi gümrük dairesinde pasaportunuzu/kimliğinizi ve uçak biletinizi göstermenizi isteyecekler ve ne ihraç ettiğinizi soracaklar.
• Fatura üzerindeki damga, Hollanda Vergi Dairesi için ekipmanın AB’den ayrıldığının bir kanıtıdır.
• KDV’yi size iade etmek için damgalı faturanın (Whatsapp veya E-posta yoluyla) bir kopyasına (fotoğraf da olabilir) ihtiyacımız var.

KDV iadesi

• Faturanın gümrük damgalı kopyası bize ulaşır ulaşmaz, parayı 3 gün içinde iade edeceğiz.
• 25,- € banka masrafları, alacağınız KDV tutarından düşülecektir.
• Kendi bankanıza, paranın hesabınıza geri dönmesinin ne kadar süreceğine bağlıdır. 4 ila 8 iş gününe güvenin
