Delivery time & shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands

We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on working days before 16:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to comply with this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order can take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you of this.

The prices listed in the webshop do not include shipping costs. As soon as the shipping address is filled in, you will see the actual shipping costs. Orders with a value of € 200,- or more we deliver in the Netherlands without shipping costs. Where delivery in the Netherlands above € 200,- free

Delivery of the orders takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer DHL and Mainfreight. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. You will receive a message from the carrier by e-mail with a track & trace code to be able to follow the package.

We deliver orders throughout the European Union and beyond. Different delivery times and shipping costs apply per country. The shipping costs for the regular items are shown as soon as you enter the delivery address. Depending on the country where your order needs to be delivered, the delivery time generally varies between 2 to 8 working days.

Delivery of orders outside the Netherlands is done via parcel delivery company PostNL, DHL or Mainfreight. You will receive a message from the carrier by e-mail with a track & trace code to be able to follow the package. It also states the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Correct delivery address

To ensure that your order can be delivered to you as quickly as possible, it is important that the address is complete and correct. If you provide a wrong or wrong address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, we have to pass on these extra costs to you.

Like no other, we know that it is important that your order is delivered to you in good order and without damage. We therefore pay extra attention to pack your order in good way. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transport, we will look for a suitable solution together.
